The wisdom of Sri Baba Ram Stephen
There is ONE consciousness flowing through countless forms. In other words, this ONE consciousness is flowing through the conditioning, genetics, beliefs, etc., of a human form we will call “Rachel.”
All likes, dislikes, talent, needs and preferences, are because that is how consciousness emanates through this unique mind/body called “Rachel.”
In this way, all beings have unique expressions and characteristics.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t
supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You’ll have your heart broken and you’ll break others’ hearts. You’ll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you’ll cry because time is flying by. So, take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you’ve never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. You just have to life life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and sometimes tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someones hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the Sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until yor face hurts. Don’t be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you will never get back.

G-d is distinct, they have a personality. I believe that the entity we call G-d is a collective being, just as you yourself are a collection of cells, so all of us are really one being, which we call G-d.

The reason it seems so difficult to remain as the Self and not identify with the body/mind is that society has conditioned our “human nature” for us to become so identified. Society has conditioned this into the nature of everyone to become identified with the body/mind they have taken.
