Don’t try to be this,
don’t try to be that.
Just be.
Be what you already Are,
an infinite presence of consciousness,
with no limitations, who is defined only by
your own definitions (all of which are false).

All suffering, is born of mind; but mind cannot fix,
what mind created.
You cannot think yourself out of an imagined problem
that doesn’t even exist.
Sorrow and struggle is found only within your conceptual thinking.

Now I am going to get a bit repetitious and maybe redundant. This is a big concept. It is hard to understand, but it is also the most simple and sublime teaching.
Namaste!

12. G-d is Nature.
13. G-d is Science.
14. G-d is knowledge.
15. G-d is education.
16. G-d IS.

G-d is like the ocean.
You and I are droplets from that ocean, containing all of G-d’s self, separate from G-d for only as long as we stay in the eye dropper.

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you, causing you to spill coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee? You spilled coffee because that is what was in your cup If tea had been in your cup, you would have spilled tea. The point is that whatever is inside the cup that is what will spill out.
So, when life come long and shakes you (which is inevitable) whatever is Inside you will come out. it’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled. We have to ask ourselves, “What’s in my cup?” When life gets tough, what will spill out?
Joy gratefulness, peace and humility?
Or anger, bitterness, hord harsh reactions?
The choice is yours and yours alone. Today, let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, kindness, gentleness and love for others.
Your cup is your SOUL/ATMAN/SELF.
Your TRUE self.
Remember always that G-d is in you and of you.
This is a fact that you can never escape.

If a critical mass of humanity were to adopt this belief:
that you and I and everyone else is in fact, G-d,
we would have world peace, global prosperity and global equality.
We would end war. We would end poverty. All beings on Earth would be free and happy.

The “I AM” realization
is the same in when you realize that “I AM”
(that you are G-d).
So that everyone else who also realizes this is part of your collective

Love your true Self,
which is naturally happy and peaceful and bright.
When the Self is known all illusion vanishes –
the veil falls and you see clearly and your sorrows are expelled.
For the Self is free and lives forever.
Everything else is imagination.
For the Self is EVERYTHING.
The Self is your SOUL.
The Self is your ATMAN.
The Self is YOU and YOU are G-D!

NAMASTE!
One stands before another, put their hands together,
bows their head slightly, and says, “Namaste.”
What does it mean? In India, and in Yoga studios all over our planet
it’s a common greeting, much like “Shalom” is in Israel. It is a greeting
conveying great respect.
But what is the deeper meaning? “Namaste” means
“I see G-d in you.”
Literally it means “G-d, who dwells within me,
greets G-d, who dwells with you.”
Or, most simply: “Thou art G-d.”
