Stephan Gabriel, also known as Sri Baba Ram Stephen by his followers, is a 68 year old guru. His ashram is in the Coast Redwoods outside of Garberville California. His teachers and influencers include Mooji, Amma, Papaji, Ramana Maharishi, Sri Anandamayi Ma, V. M. Smith*, and many others.  

His spirituality is a blending of Neo-Buddhism and Neo-Hinduism, a blending that he basically created himself, both of which espouse teachings and practices that are Stephen’s own design.

Some of his followers believe that he is the living incarnation of the Archangel Gabriel. 

His main teaching, and what constitutes his “Gospel” is “You are God.”
